Enerfin has designed, constructed and started operation, from June 2006, the most important wind project in Latin America. This project, with 150 MW, is an example of integration, sustainability and commitment with the region´s main values.

This wind project, property of its subsidiary Ventos do Sul, consists of three wind farms of 50 MW (Osório, Sangradouro and Dos Indios), and is located in Osório (Rio Grande Do Sul - Brazil). It consists of 75 Enercon E-70 E4 2 MW state-of-the-art wind turbines.

In addition, Enerfin designed an institutional building within the project area, with the aim of approaching visitors to the renewable energies, as well as providing information about the natural environment of the wind farms.

Furthermore, Osório Wind Farm contributes to the sustainable development in one of the highest technical growing expectated countries in the short-medium term. Also, it avoids 148.325 Ton of CO2 annual emissions, the main responsible for the climate change.
