Activity

Enerfin is mainly focused in the wind energy sector, in the national as well as in the international markets.

During these years, Enerfin has acquired a high level of experience in the promotion and operation of wind farms, with presence in different regions of Spain: Galicia, Navarra, Castilla and León, Andalucía, Valencia, Cataluña and Canarias.

In the International market, Enerfin distinguishes itself through its presence in Brazil, where it has constructed and nowadays operates the largest wind farm in Latin America, with 150 MW of power. In December 2009, the brazilian National Agency of Electric Energy (ANEEL) awarded 96 new MW to Enerfin in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, that belong to 5 wind farms.

In May 2008, the canadian electric company Hydro Québec accepted Enerfin´s proposal to develop a 100 MW wind farm project in the region of De L'Érable, Québec - Canada. In June 2008, Hydro Québec and Enerfin signed the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).

In the United States of America, Enerfin is developing its first projects in the states of Montana, Washington and Oregon.
